Location: Philadelphia, PA
We provided interior and exterior light gauge framing for the 60 floor, 1,566,000 square foot tower in downtown Philadelphia. With a height of 1121 feet makes it the 14th tallest tower in the United States.
The tight time restraints combined with monthly design changes to the interior topped off with constant trade damage created a difficult situation for the client. Sawtooth was able to assist in a timely manner preventing any and all delays that could have affected the GC.
The project is slated to be completed in 2018.
